How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed the same day however there may be a time when there could be a delay such as holidays, away from office etc. Whilst this may be an inconvenience, the order will be processed within a few days at the worst case scenario. I currently handle everything but i am very quick to get things processed or sorted.
Do you sell anything else?
Extra items may be for sale in the near future such as printing on glass or items such as mugs, mouse mat and key rings, watch this space!
My print looks slightly different to how it looks on the screen!
This will happen, every monitor will give a different result due to using different colour profiles, brightness etc. More info in this in this interesting article here.
I am not happy with the print, can i return it?
Yes, if you are not entirely happy with the print it can be returned and a refund will be made. Please ensure the item is in the same condition (no damage etc) otherwise a refund may not be possible. If the item was damaged in transit then please refuse the item for another item item to be delivered. Please contact myself for any other problems.
How do i pay?
There are currently two options to pay for your print, Paypal or Credit Card.
Postage and Packaging, why does it cost a lot?
You get what you pay for. All items are packaged securely to prevent any damage to your print, this is the most secure way to get your print to your doorstep. Canvas comes in layers of bubble wrap and a bespoke white box (single products up to 36”x26”). Larger/multiple canvas orders come in a bespoke brown box. Prints under 20”x16” are sent ﬂat, packaged in a clear bag and bespoke white box. Rolled canvases and larger prints are rolled, packaged in a clear bag and double-strength cardboard tube.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Not yet, but there will be an option to have a print ordered and delivered overseas in the near future.
