Porthgain is a beautiful old village located in North Pembrokeshire, not too far away from the city of St Davids & Fishguard.  Porthgain was once a busy town exporting first slate until it was abandoned, it then turned to brick making then later on crushed road stone.  Remnants of the trade still exist such as the brick hoppers and the harbour itself.  Porthgain also has some pubs that serve food & drink, a great way to spend the day on the Pembrokeshire coastline.
