Tenby is perhaps the most popular place to visit for tourists whilst staying in Pembrokeshire.  What draws people here is the many features in the town which includes 2.5 miles of sandy Tenby beaches, picturesque harbour with cottages & town houses.  Also St Catherines Island, a Tudor Merchants House currently managed by the National Trust and a local art & museum gallery.

Another interesting site in Tenby is Caldey Island located just off the coast, known as the holy island observing Celtic traditions from times gone.  Not only is this area of Pembrokeshire popular with tourists, it is also a popular venue with many watersports lovers having facilities for boating, surfing, wind surfing & diving.

Other places of interest nearby is Saundersfoot, a similar seaside resort but on a smaller scale.  There are popular attractions near Tenby such Heatherton & a wildlife park.  If you decide to stay in the area there is also an abundant choice of holiday parks in the surrounding area.
